Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am - 8pm. ..Art.. cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond ..Art's.. control. ..Art.. cannot be held responsible for stolen packages or packages lost in transit.

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to matters of hygiene and public safety, we cannot allow certain items to be returned. All hats and socks are final sale. We are happy to provide store credit upon the return of unused/unworn apparel items within 30 days of purchase. The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Please send an email to support@artisours.com to initiate a return. If you receive a defective item or have another issue with your order, an email must be sent to support@artisours.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. If your item is deemed eligible for a return/refund, instructions will be emailed.
Items deemed eligible for return or store credit, must also meet the below criteria.
All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. All merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
